Goodness, I just realized I havent posted in
. Our life has been a complete dayze..and by that, I dont mean.. sit back and watch t.v and gaze into the world of nothing all day..its been a
crazy dayzeee if you know what i mean?...
Work.... dude, why does that even exist? I wish it didnt.. but i am rolling with it and doin' it.. little berlyn is STILL getting up at 4 am everyyyy morning, it is like clock work... so the house in the mornings is completely hectic.. dont try to come sell girl scout cookies at the this time..you may see the bad side of me.. I put berlyn in her swing the other morning so i could take a shower... i got out cause her sounds obviously meant she wasnt happy, and she was swinging half in the swing and half out of the swing... like a little monkey hanging on for dear life to grab a bananna.... i got her out of the swing, (still dripping with wet hair, and face wash on me) put her in her bumbo, with some toys and hopped back in... WHHEWW... lets get this shower over with!! WELLLLLL........next thing i know she just decided to hop right out of that thing and come into the bathroom... and on our tub (our shower and tub arent the same thing...) we have candles with rocks around it, well i hear those clinging around and i peek my head out to find berlyn banging those against the tub, the rocks all over the bathroom and some candle on her face...OHHH EMMM GEEE!!!! I hop out of the shower once again, this time dripping wet with shampoo in my hair and not face wash running down my face, but soap... oucchiiieee.... and just throw all that stuff in the tub and hop back in the shower.... can i just finish this dang shower?? NOPE! then berlyn slips on the water that I had gotten everywhere from running back and fourth, so that my friends was the last of my shower. Who said running water isnt better for washing your body instead of soap?...... hmmmmm me?.... Sorry co-workers if i was a little stinky' yesterday....
BUT... this wasnt just yesterday this is about everyday. then my morning finishes with me trying to put makeup on, while berlyn is slobbering over every single make up brush applicator, spilling foundation everywhere, pulling every shoe down in the closet, tangling my jewlery, digging in trash cans...... no berlyn isnt my new puppy if you are just reading my blog for the first time... she is my ALMOST 9 month old baby girl!!
Although every morning is a challenge to get ready, we manage and almost always get out the door on time... lagging babies, diaper bags, deodrant, mascara, breakfast, shoes or whatever it need be... we are out the door!!Most people like to start their days by waking up slowly, having a cup of coffee, enjoying the morning paper, taking a nice warm shower, getting their hair and make-up just right, walking out the door put together coffee in hand... well me, aint never gonna happen! it doesnt bother me though, i like my mornings just how they are, just reminds me everyday that although i still wake up to go to my desk job for my 8 hour day... my real job is being a mommy, and trying to be the best mommy to my girls!
We still manage to start and end our day with a SMILE.........
because baby, don't sweat the small stuff........
even if that means not getting to put deodrant on one day and still sweating...
So, where do I begin now...... I will tell you this, it is a week after Halloween, we still have our pumpkins rotting in our front yard, orange and yellow lights flicker in our bushes and around our house at night, pumpkins are still strining inside, candy wrappers and HAPPY HALLOWEEN's are everywhere you look..... buttt who's looking?.... my plan is to tackle this all today, get all the halloween decorations put up, CLEAN HOUSE, DO LAUNDRY and by that I mean putting away the laundry baskets that STILL sit from last week... and bring on the HARVEST decorations.... :)
What a wild, crazy, and fun month you were October... so sad to see you go :(
Kambria's kindergarten class leads chapel at school..
It was the cutest thing ever, and made me so proud... On my way back to work I started crying, I am so proud of her, words cant even explain... actions cant even explain.. She was standing up there like a little young lady, I could see the excitment in her eyes....she was proud of herself, too.. and I am SO glad! They had to memorize verses, lines, songs, moves...etc and she ROCKED it all... She is bursting out of her shell... she isnt my young caterpillar anymore, she is a BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLY... ready to spread her wings.....and accomplish it all!!

Pumpkin Patcheyy!!
Kambria had been to the pumpkin patch before, but this time, we were all there as a family, for the first time... it was beautiful.. what a perfect day for it!
They are TOO sweet for words... I just want to gobble them up!!.. I bet theyd taste better than a stuffed turkey... mmmmm
The pumpkin patch was a success!! Although berlyn had the worlds worst runny nose, and I forgot to wear socks with my shoes, I had to use wipes as bandaids since my skin had ripped off on the back of my foot and bleeding and well heck, we still had the corn maze to walk through, the train to ride, the pumpkin patch field to conquer.. it wasnt over yet....
success!! YES! :) I love weekends, not just only because I dont have to wake up and go to work, I get to spend it with the ones I love... and we always have a good time....
let the good times roll...
